Saddened me because my husband and I came in and there was a customer who wasn’t ready to be helped. The lady cashier asked what we needed then the other customer who wasn’t ready literally bogarted and spoke loudly and said “I’m ready!” In the middle of my husband starting his sentence the cashier completely turned her attention off of us to help the other lady meanwhile we were ghost in the store. Our budget was pretty great considering the amount the other “More Important” customer paid for her small purchase today. I truly don’t think that there should be a more important customer assumption because of how a person looks. I wish the original guy was there to help that would have helped greatly. 😔

After getting hosed by another company for a service call on my treatment chair without any type of service at all, ALA was extremely helpful over the phone and got me in and out of their shop within about 30 minutes for less than the service call I had wasted my money on. Highly recommend both Jay and Jim.
